Large Support Base
DeltaSoft JV
works seamlessly with Bio-Rad readers, Tecan Sunrise and
Spectra readers, Molecular Devices readers, LabSystems
Multiskan readers, Biotek readers, BMG readers and Wallac
Victor.
Automated Template Setup
Template setup including transformations and dilutions is
easy and intuitive using the convenient toolbar icons.
Sample and dilution series can be filled automatically.
Dilution and transformation values, unique to each well,
can be viewed alongside well IDs for cross-reference. The
spreadsheet like design allows for longer well ID's that
can be automatically filled in and edited as desired.
Powerful
Kinetic Analysis Capabilities
Choose from a variety of kinetic parameters: Rate, Max
Rate, Integral, Peak Height, Average Response.
Kinetic
Zoom Plots
In the Kinetic Plots display you may zoom in on a range of
wells or a single well to get an enlarged view of the
plots.
Plot
Standard Curves
Select from multiple curve fitting options: Linear,
4-parameter, Logit-Log, Log/Log, Semi-Log, Zero-intercept
Linear and Point- to-Point. Interpolate samples from the
standard curve. Option to interpolate from previously saved
standard curve is also possible.
Limit
Reports
Several limit reports are available such as Control,
Normalization, and Extended Limit. Up to four limits, 2
High and 2 low limits, can be set to well IDs, formulas, or
any other value.
Easy Protocol Creation
Creating and saving protocols saves research time. Every
DeltaSoft JV data file is saved with a template and a
protocol file. Protocol files that include desired options
for a particular assay can be named and saved separately.
Multiple protocols can then be stored in your computer for
easy recall and assay setups.
Versatile
Import/Export Features
Import/Export features make it easy to open and save plate
data in Excel format including files from spreadsheets,
databases, and other analytical software.
Customized
Reports
Customize your reports to include only the data you wish to
see, in the number format you want. Sort data
alphanumerically by well ID or by ascending/descending
sample concentration.
